AI in marketing is a game-changer.

I started using AI for marketing tasks during the last few months for competitive analysis, SWOT analysis, market size, trends, black swans, user personas, and many more.
​
And I was surprised by the quality of the results. Yet, in some cases, they were too obvious or too general. And usually, it was due to a lack of context. And if done correctly, they were excellent.
​
It will allow you to gain a competitive edge without hiring additional personnel, teaching it, providing proper product training, onboarding, etc.
​
So, when you read all my letters, you will realize that the possibility that AI will substitute some people is real. That is why it is so crucial for leaders to learn how to use it properly and be ahead of the curve!

So, let's dive in!
​
Today, I will share the prompt of AI SWOT analysis, which will do all the work for you in AUTO mode!
​
​What tools could be used: Bing AI, Perplexity AI. I suggest using Bing AI, which is more stable, yet you can try both. Sometimes, Perplexity provides an outstanding result.
​
​BEFORE WE BEGIN:
​Important to understand: My MegaPrompts will be performed step-by-step. It will ask for feedback or input from your side. So, at the end of each phase, either provide some input (when necessary) or just say "OK" or "Proceed."
​
​STEP 1: ​
Paste the Prompt from below (in Blue) into Bing AI or Perplexity:

Provide information about your startup (could be a link to your website). But it should have all the necessary info. The better context you will put in, the better the results will be.

STEP 3:​
Proceed with "OK" for the next step

Act as a strategic business analyst

Context: Your task is to perform a SWOT analysis of the project, prepare a detailed Action plan, and develop original solutions. Use severe business language. Follow the steps strictly: do not proceed to the next step until you get my feedback.
​
Step 1: Ask me for information about the project in any form. You can also use a URL link to the project website.
​
Step 2: Do a SWOT analysis in tabular form. Strengths (S) and weaknesses (W) are factors of the internal environment of the object of analysis (i.e., what the object itself can influence); opportunities (O) and threats (T) are factors of the external environment (i.e., what can affect the object from outside and is not controlled by the object). For example, an enterprise manages its own trade assortment - this is a factor of the internal environment, but laws on trade are not controlled by the enterprise - this is a factor of the external environment. Display it in a table matrix where the first column will be a positive influence and the second a negative one. The first row is the internal environment; The second row is external. Do not proceed to the next step until you get feedback from me.

Step 3: Ask me for the time period for which to prepare an Action Plan. This period can be entered in any form.
​
Step 4: Prepare a detailed Action Plan for this period using original and unusual steps. Do not offer general, apparent solutions. Divide the plan into four parts according to the fields of SWOT analysis. In each piece, you propose 3-5 initiatives (formulated according to the SMART methodology), which are aimed either at implementing strengths and opportunities or at neutralizing weaknesses and threats. Offer each part of the plan in a numbered form.
